Final Sale

All items ordered on our website are FINAL SALE. Your order containing cabinets, doors, panels, trim, shelving, and/or custom items is considered FINAL once placed. Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns. This includes all kitchen, bathroom, storage accessories, miscellaneous parts, samples, floating shelves, etc. Please ensure you measure your space correctly before placing an order. 

If you need assistance with measurements and other decisions, we recommend you to try our full design services where our team will make sure your cabinets will fit your space and your style.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will fix or replace any manufacturer-related imperfections if a claim is made via email to  info@mkecabinetry.com within three business days of receipt of your order.
