- MKE Cabinetry offers the original purchaser a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our cabinetry installed in their home or a non-repetitive commercial application against any defects in material and workmanship.
- In addition, we offer a Limited Warranty backed by the manufacturer on the drawer slides, hinges, and many of the accessory items used in our cabinetry.
- We will replace or repair, at our discretion, the defective parts with identical or similar parts of equal value.
- Due to the inherent nature of wood expanding and contracting in accordance with the environment, some movement is allowed. Natural wood characteristics, such as mineral streaks, joint expansion and contraction, burls, grain patterns, etc., are also not considered defects.
- Different wood species have varying densities and grain patterns, leading to unique stain absorption, color outcomes and color variations. Color variations, even within the same species and stain color should be expected and is not considered to be a defect.
- This warranty applies only to cabinetry subject to normal home use and service. We will not assume responsibility for normal wear, damage, defects, or failure caused by abuse, accidents, improper installation, improper storage, exposure to extreme temperature and humidity, negligence, customer modification or any type of misuse and/or conditions beyond immediate control of MKE Cabinetry.
- This warranty does not cover expenses incurred while installing, removing, and/or repairing defective products.
- This warranty does not apply to natural features and conditions that are considered common characteristics of the wood, finishing, and/or the manufacturing process.
- This warranty does not apply to changes in finish appearance resulting from aging, exposure to sunlight, water, heat, or other environmental conditions or variation in wood.
- We warrant the outside dimensions of our doors to be within a size tolerance of plus or minus 1/16”.
- All doors 21” wide by 42” high and smaller will have an allowable warpage tolerance of 1/8” and doors larger than this size will have a warpage tolerance of ¼”. Any doors with a center panel wider than 21” will not be warranted from warpage. Doors over the height of 42” without an added mid rail will not be warranted from width warpage. All doors 60” and higher, regardless of midrail, will not be warranted from warpage.
