Cabinet Filler

Description

Order cabinet filler to hide space between a cabinet and a wall or item that would prevent the door or drawer from opening. A filler can be used in several scenarios – to hide uneven walls, to prevent a cabinet door/drawer from hitting something, or hiding space. Our millwork at MKE Cabinetry is custom – choose the size, material and finish.

Product Specific Tips

  • MKE fillers are 3” wide to scribe (cut) to your desired width, no smaller than 3/4".
  • We recommend making all your fillers 1.5” final width.
  • The “front cleat” is the finished piece that will fill the gap between the cabinet and the wall.
  • The “return cleat” is the piece of raw material that attaches to the side of the cabinet and supports the “front cleat”.
  • Filler Height = Box height
  • Front and Return cleats are 3/4" thick.
  • Width: 3" - 12"
  • Height: 6" - 96"
